The Online MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a two-year postgraduate programme split into four semesters. It covers the same management foundations as a campus MBA, including strategy, finance, marketing, operations and people management, but is delivered through a digital learning platform so that you can keep working while you study.
Classes combine weekend or evening live sessions with recorded lectures, e-books, assignments and case studies. Exams are conducted online with remote proctoring at most universities. Because the degree comes from a UGC-DEB entitled university, it carries the same academic value as a regular MBA for private jobs, promotions, government roles and higher studies.
Most universities allow up to four years to complete the programme, so you can pause a semester if work or family needs it. Fees range from around ₹30,000 to ₹5 lakh for the full course depending on the university, its accreditation and the specialisation you choose.
