UGC declares a 100% fee refund policy for students within a specified period by universities. A 100% refund is given for withdrawal 15 days or more before the last admission date. A 90% refund applies if withdrawn less than 15 days before the last admission date. An 80% refund is allowed within 15 days after the last admission date.
