how should I use what I learned in Distance MBA during an interview before investing in the programme?

It can give you stronger frameworks and subject knowledge, but interviewers will usually value examples showing how you applied what you learned. Prepare concise stories around decisions, projects, problems and results. For Distance MBA, prepare examples showing how you used the learning rather than answering interview questions only with definitions.
