A regular MBA is generally suitable for someone who wants to build a management career, switch careers, or gain business knowledge early in their career.

An Executive MBA (EMBA) is mainly designed for working professionals who already have significant work experience and want to develop their leadership and management skills without leaving their job.

Example:
If someone has recently completed graduation and wants to enter the management field, a regular MBA may be suitable. If someone has 5–10 years of professional experience and is already working as a manager or senior professional, an EMBA may be more relevant.
